Do We Need Supplements?
You most likely take a supplement or two (i.e. multivitamin, fish oil etc). You may take a bunch of supplements! You might not take any at all. You’ve probably heard some pretty impressive claims that some products make with relation to health, performance or even fat loss by taking their products. Taking supplements has become a multi-billion dollar industry just in the US and not far off it in the UK and Europe generally – so this is an important question to ask: ‘do we actually need to take supplements?’
