Books

If you haven’t done so already, make sure you have purchased the books needed for the course (Amazon seems to be the easiest and fastest way).

These are the two course textbooks (required for this course):

Sport Nutrition 3rd Edition by Asker Jeukendrup PhD and Michael Gleeson PhD. ISBN: 9781492529033. Human Kinetics. 2018 Paperback (External link) and Ebook (External link).

Biochemistry for Sport and Exercise Metabolism by Don Maclaren PhD and James Morton PhD. ISBN 9780470091852. Wiley-Blackwell. 2012 Paperback (External link) and Ebook (External link).

Student handbook

Download your PDF copy of the student handbook which is required reading by all students. We strongly recommend that you review this before you make a start with Module 1, to ensure that you are fully aware of how the course is structured, the requirements to pass the programme, and how to get the most out of your studies as well as have a great experience.
